The year is winding down, and the office Christmas parties are ramping up. The cricket is in full swing, and people are starting to let their hair down for the year. And as we move ever closer to a new year and begin thinking about new goals and challenges for 2018, we need to take the time to party and remember the year that was.
On Tuesday the 21st of November, the French Champagne was flowing, the Oysters were on ice, and the courtyard and bistro area were a hive of activity as we officially relaunched the hotel to the public after our recent renovations. While there is still a bit of work ongoing to the outside façade of the building, we are open for business, and the inside is looking the goods.
There is something about a good old fashion pub meal that keeps you coming back, and one of the best pub dishes going around, an Aussie institution, is a good Schnitzel. As Australian’s we love them. They’re a staple of most Aussie pubs’ menus, and although many aspire to perfection, not everyone gets it right for quality, price and sides.
