SPRING HAS SPRUNG

 

Spring has Sprung! The birds are chirping, and the flowers are blooming, and as the days are getting longer, so are the lunches. Our new Spring menu is in full swing and has some gorgeous additions that are adding vibrancy to our new offering.

 

We, of course, have all your pub classics covered, from delicious Schnitzels to mouth-watering steaks and the best whiting in town. But now, we also have some added delights in our share plates that are packing a punch in delivering the deliciousness.

 

Share plates

 

Our shared section is designed to share a few plates with your friends or starters before the main affair. Our Caprese Salad with buffalo mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes & fresh basil is a light a delicious dish that speaks to all that is spring; light, fun and fresh. Paired with smoked Tasmanian salmon served on crostini bread, or SA Boston Bay mussels these plates offer a real feast for the senses. The shared section of our menu has eleven options that cater to every diner and dietary requirement, and we can’t wait for you to try them.

 

The Main affair

 

We offer a broad selection of mains to cater to all dietary requirements, such as an Asian style NT Barramundi with wok tossed greens, which is super delicious, to a Murray Valley Pork Tenderloin cooked just right.

 

Vegetarians, you’re on notice that one of the yummiest dishes is for you; the home-made pumpkin and ricotta ravioli are absolutely delicious, a must try even for carnivores.  Our curries are always a winner! With our Sous Chef being Nepalese, how could you go wrong?

 

The Classics

 

There is always room for a classic pub meal, and we have you covered there as well. Mouthwatering beef burgers and steaks cooked to perfection with your choice of sides. We have schnitzel specials Wednesday night at $12 for chicken or beef with sauces. T-bone or porterhouse steak on special Thursday’s with a glass of wine or a beer for $22, and Whiting on Fridays for $18, cooked just the way you want.

 

We also offer a vegan-friendly sweet potato and black bean burger with avocado which is delish.

 

Something for everyone

We want your family to be comfortable in our venue. Kids eat well too at the Brit with all kid’s meals just $10.

 

And desserts, well, let’s just say we have that covered there as well. All designed to share or keep all to yourself, you can easily dine three courses of deliciousness when you visit. Our recommendation; we can’t seem to go past the Toblerone chocolate mouse topped with toasted marshmallows. Just delicious!
